The E.O.D. feels that this fellow should be cast in the part of a Serpent Man of Valusia - or at least a Serpant Man of Hyperborean times. His name is Wei Pei and he played the part of "The Snake," of course, in the movie, "The Five Deadly Venoms."
We wanted to rename him Ssss'aah, but both Ooey Gooey and Jomo said that he was presently the leader of one of the Tcho-Tcho families.
